Couples Vitality Nutrition Assessment

Earn 1000 Vitality points when you do your Vitality Nutrition Assessment with one of our dietitians.

Two people can come together to do their Vitality Nutrition Assessments. The cost is R 700.00 overall (R 350.00 per person). Couples, friends, family, siblings, and even gym partners are welcome!

What to expect? A full body composition analysis on our InBody scale; an assessment of your current dietary intake; discussion about your nutrient requirements; and relevant nutrition education and dietary recommendations based on your Health check results and personal goals. Please note this does not include a personalised meal plan.

The meal plan will be emailed to you within 24 - 72 hours after the first consultation.

What to expect? You will receive your Geneway report and summary of recommendations at the feedback session. This does not include a personalised nutrition assessment or meal plan. This would need to be arranged separately if you would like a personalised meal plan based on your Geneway results.

Cost is R650.00 for 1 hour of feedback, R750.00 for 1.5 hours or R950.00 for 2 hours.
